Lexus RC F
Lexus will
relaunch its performance sub-brand with the all-new RC F coupé at the end of
the year.
The
top-of-the-range model will be up against some incredibly tough opposition, as
it takes on the likes of the BMW M4 and Audi RS5. To give it a fighting chance,
Lexus has fitted a 5.0-litre V8 developing over 450bhp and 519Nm of torque,
although top speed has been limited to 168mph.
The
sporty silhouette of the standard two-door RC has been carried over, along with
the LFA-style active rear wing and aggressive bodykit. The interior has
also been updated, benefiting from a new steering wheel and sports
seats available in a choice of five leather trims.
